HT: Feet and Fame Ch. 2

One Week Later...

It was one week and headed towards the same mansion Michiru and Hotaru were informed of. It belonged to another family's mansion but they allowed permission. One day before filming the video, Hotaru painted her toenails red. Hotaru found it weird at first but got used to the red polish quickly. Finally, they arrived at the house. Hotaru once again wore her nightgown and was barefoot. She got into a queen size bed was and given blankets to cover her feet.

Once again, the director told her what to do. She had to remove the blankets to reveal her barefeet for multiple camera shots. The director yelled "action" and Hotaru once again removed the covers revealing her bare feet all while smiling. She wiggled her toes for extra measure. For another take, the camera did a close up on Hotaru's painted toes and Hotaru wiggled them. After getting like 5 shots, they packed up to film Hotaru outside into the yard. Hotaru stepped onto the grass and surprisingly, felt pleasing to her. Ditching the shoes to step barefoot onto the wet grass, she smiled with giddy and danced for 5 seconds.

After being called to the camera, she was told to run across the yard. She did so and it was all filmed. Then they packed up once again to film in some sort of fountain that resembles a river running through a rocky terrain. And it was pretty muddy. The cameras rolled and Hotaru was walking on the muddy rocks, getting her soles wet and muddy. Then they prepared for another close up of her toes as a small waterfall poured on them. It sort of tickled her.

Soon after, her feet were cleaned up for the last shots inside the mansion. Once again, she was required to cover her feet but also had to get up first as if she just woke up from sleeping. Another short of her feet, a couple of more acting cute and finally, her feet tip-toeing on the floor to another room. Filming was done and Hotaru and Michiru were sent home.

"So, did you enjoy the shoot?" Michiru asked Hotaru.

"Yup." Hotaru replied. "I didn't have to wear shoes."

A few days later, the family recieved a DVD copy sent by the production company. It was cute to them to see Hotaru on TV. As soon as the video was over, the phone rang. Setsuna answered it and received surprising news. She handed the phone to Michiru. She talked on the phone and replied that she'll talk to Hotaru.

Michiru informed that Hotaru was so popular with a lot of people that a bunch of other producers called them to offer for Hotaru to star in more commercials especially in America. Hotaru agreed, after weeks of finding a house in America, they finally moved there for the time being. Hotaru starred in a few commercials such as a relaunch of Spectracolor where she wiggled her toes and feet for an extreme close up. From then on, Hotaru became known as "The Piggy Toes Girl" because her bare feet, red toenail polish and nightgown are her trademark. She also began promoting the new Baby Songs tapes, all while looking cute for the camera.
